TCC FAEP July Event: Florida Bonneted Bat Biology and Case Studies from South Florida

The Florida bonneted bat (Eumops floridanus ) is the largest species in Florida and a native to South Florida! While the bat is an endangered species, there is still a lot unknown about them. Join us for an informative presentation about this incredible species. We will hear from Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission biologist Megan Wallrichs and Bat Conservation International Research Fellow Dr. Melquisedec Gamba Rios. They will discuss current research being conducted, threats the species faces, and how we can all protect them.
