On September 14, 2020, the Council on Environmental Quality’s final rule updating its regulations implementing the procedural provisions of the National Environmental Policy Act (40 CFR § 1500—1508) took effect. The final rule makes numerous changes, both small and large, to the previous regulations which had only minor revisions since being issued in 1978.

This webinar will feature presentations by a panel of distinguished NEPA authorities who will address various aspects of the new regulations from a range of perspectives. The presentations will be followed by an open discussion/Q&A session.
