Our current NCAEP Officers recently adopted new bylaws establishing a Board of Directors (Board). Election of a Board by the membership is essential to comply with North Carolina law and will facilitate greater Board participation from our membership. The new bylaws require the election of nine (9) Board positions in addition to two (2) Ex-Officio officers (Past President and Past Treasurer). The new Board positions will serve three-year terms and attend quarterly meetings. The Board will elect an executive committee from the 9 board members. This committee includes the following officers for a two-year term: President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and Chapter Representative. Members of the Board must be willing to serve as an officer or chair a standing committee (e.g., education, scholarship, social, membership).

Active volunteers make this organization run and serve you better. Please submit self-nominations to be a candidate for the Board to [email protected] by November 1, and include officer and standing committee positions you would be interested in. Additional benefits of Board service include:
