Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be received in writing via email at least 14 days prior to the workshop to receive a refund, less a $25 cancellation fee. No refunds will be given after 14 days prior to the workshop. You may send a substitute in your place, but you must submit your substitution details in writing via email at least 1 day prior to the event. For cancellations or substitutions contact the NAEP Office [email protected].

Changing Workshop Date

The cancellation fee above applies with all changes in workshop dates i.e. you are cancelling one workshop and moving to another.

Recording Release

The workshop may be recorded, including chat transcripts. Video recorded during the event will be provided to all registrants after the full workshop series has taken place. This recording may be used for promotional purposes, advertising, and other print and online materials at the sole discretion of NAEP. You must consent to being recorded if you plan to attend the live sessions.

Technical Failure Policy

It is the responsibility of the registrant to confirm system requirements and test their computers prior to the start of each virtual session. If a technical failure is the fault of the service provider and the session is not able to be broadcast as planned, NAEP reserves the right to reschedule the session. If the registrant cannot attend the rescheduled session live, they will be provided with the recording or they may request a prorated refund.

I understand and agree that my registration and attendance constitute an agreement by me to abide by the NAEP Code of Ethics for the duration of my participation at this workshop.
