Catherine has 19 years of experience in environmental science and planning, mainly in the transportation industry. Catherine began her career in the private sector then worked for the Maryland State Highway Administration for 4 years as an Environmental Analyst. During her tenure at Maryland SHA, Catherine was part of the expert team that drafted and implemented the 2011 SHA Highway Noise Policy.

Catherine also has experience in wetland science, NEPA documentation, Natural Environmental Technical Reports, Community Effects Assessments, and Indirect and Cumulative Effects Assessments.

Jessica has over 13 years' experience in project and program management in both the private and public sectors. She has led NEPA and feasibility studies, managed grant development, and served as a climate risk and resiliency program manager.

Jessica also has experience with equity indicator development and analysis, grant administration, asset management, performance measurement and reporting, and regional and intermodal planning. She brings extensive experience in strategic plan development and the consensus building and stakeholder engagement that is needed for its success.

Jessica is currently pursuing certification as a Climate Change Professional.
