Michelle has over 20 years of experience as an environmental planner and over 15 years of experience as an environmental project manager. At Jacobs she currently serves as the Environmental Impact Assessment practice manager and leads a group of nearly 200 environmental practitioners. She works as a project manager, sales lead and technical lead on Federal environmental compliance projects, including large scale and controversial EISs, involving individual projects involving more than a billion dollars of infrastructure. She has managed nearly all aspects of the environmental compliance process, including NEPA, Executive Order (EO) 12114 (international NEPA), Clean Water Act 404 permits, ESA Section 7 consultations, NHPA Section 106 consultations and state, county, and regional permits. She has worked for many federal clients, including DoD (Army, Air Force, USACE, DARPA and NGA), NASA, BLM, FEMA, FHWA and NSF.

Michelle has been an active member of NAEP for nearly 10 years, and currently serves on the NEPA, marketing and publications committees. She also serves on the editorial board of the Environmental Practice Journal. Michelle is a strong proponent of the NAEP mission and believe strongly in its ideals as a forum for industry networking and a growth platform for the environmental planning practice. She believes NAEP is a vital component of the environmental planning industry and is privileged to further her support and commitment to both the NAEP and the industry she has dedicated her career to.

Michelle currently resides in St. Petersburg, Florida and works in the Jacobs Tampa office.
